Meet Scott F.

Scott F. is another driver from T47 who thinks Heather, the terminal manager, is “awesome.” In addition to liking his manager, Scott says he likes “doing my own thing, the manufacturer I pull out of and Bev, at the factory, knows I can get the job done.” Scott has three girls and a boy at home so he prefers the shorter hauls so he can be home in the evenings.

Scott was nominated by Heather and although he is a proven consistently good worker, one particular instance roughly two years ago, set him above the other. In Heather’s words, “I would like to nominate Scott for this month. Scott went above and beyond to help Pinnacle today. He spent the whole day at our Middlebury storage lot moving Amazon units all by himself. This included jumping the units that would not start. Because of his hard work and dedication, we are able to pull mobile home units from Clayton to storage for future shipment. If Scott would not have done this, these 15 units would have been given to our competitor.”
