Safety is not a suggestion at Pinnacle. We take pride in our drivers who stay compliant, safe, and consistently deliver product unscathed. It is our top priority that you get home safely to your loved ones after completing your delivery.
Candidate Qualifications
Our drivers are the best in the business because we insist on getting the best. Most transport companies are not as strict as Pinnacle when it comes to minimum driver requirements. To qualify here, you truly have to be the best. And, if you are among the best, you should drive for the best — Pinnacle.
Road Tests
A fundamental part of the Pinnacle process is road testing. We test drivers in the yard to gauge basic handling skills and backing. If drivers demonstrate an accomplished ability to maneuver the yard with an RV or box truck, they go on the road. The actual road test is about 10 miles long and includes turning in both directions, curves, stopping and starting, and some congested traffic situations. If a driver struggles with either part of the testing, they are afforded an opportunity to practice and re-test.
Orientations
We take pride in our live, interactive online orientation that you can attend from the comforts of your living room or anywhere else. All you need is a PC, laptop, or smart phone and a decent internet connection. During this orientation you will learn everything you need to know to begin a successful and rewarding career at Pinnacle.
Training
Training is another part of the routing at Pinnacle. Whether the training is in regard to logging, driving during in climate weather or navigating mountain passes, our training programs are insightful and educational. We will do anything necessary to help you be more profitable and safer.
