Ambassador since August 2021
“I like that I work for myself and have freedom; don’t punch a clock and make a good income.”
Ed M. has been driving for Pinnacle Towaway the past six years and his dog, Mo, has been with him for 800,000 miles. “Pinnacle puts up with me, basically,” Ed says with a chuckle. “I like that I work for myself and have freedom; don’t punch a clock and make a good income.”
Ed was nominated to become a Pinnacle Ambassador by two different staff in the Bristol terminal Shelly and Jeremy for the same month, August 2021. “Ed is definitely a team player!” He is always helpful to any driver that needs assistance in the yard and is always first to volunteer whenever we need something rescued or moved in a hurry.” Ed definitely helps with our Facebook presence and defends us to any driver that gives us a bad review,” Shelly said. Jeremy added, “Ed is the epitome of an ambassador. He is always willing to help us or another driver. He comes to our defense on a regular basis on social media. He regularly sings praises of Pinnacle on Facebook.”
The Texas native is the proud grandfather of five and the father of five. He says the dispatchers in Bristol are really good to me and that he loves his job. “I went to Indiana Transport for two weeks.” Ed explains. “Nothing wrong with them. I just wanted to come back home.”
