Meet Lloyd A.

In January 2023, Lloyd A. will celebrate seven years as a Pinnacle Towaway driver for the Bristol terminal. Lloyd said driving for Pinnacle makes him feel like a family member who is treated with respect. He continued, saying “Everyone seems to care. Everyone has something going but still build relationships. The pay is comfortable, and I never have to worry about getting paid.” Lloyd says he likes to walk when he can and spending time with his four grandchildren.

Lloyd’s nomination for the ambassador program came from dispatcher Jessie S. Jessie excitedly said: “We can always count on him to take any load needed! He has been incredibly helpful with his last six runs delivering hot ATC units safely through snow, wind, and rain. He will safely drive to any destination with a smile on his face! He is always calling us to give updates on his units, road conditions, and offer his assistance. He offers help to other drivers in need. Lloyd has been with Pinnacle for nearly five years. He is loyal, reliable, and very responsible.”

The good feelings are mutual as Lloyd concluded by saying his dispatchers are loyal, quick to respond when he has a problem and are understanding in all situations.
